Cases where exchange is accepted
Exchange goods when customers are not satisfied with the product or want to change to another product to use.
– For guests within the city. HCM: Free exchange at the company’s headquarters at Room 1611, Saigon Trade Center Building, 37 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
– For customers in the Provinces: Customers are responsible for transportation fees from their location to the Company, Room 1611, Saigon Trade Center Building, No. 37 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Nam, then the Company will send the goods the customer wants to exchange to the customer, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Exchange when the product is defective: The product packaging is not correct on the website, the product packaging has a problem with being torn… and the product when checked by the customer is not the product ordered
• Return and refund when the products delivered to the customer do not meet the product specifications or are not the product you want. 100% refund
Cases where exchanges are not accepted:
Customers do not use it according to instructions, causing product damage.
• The customer checked and signed to receive the product but then requested to exchange/return the product for another reason.
2.Conditions of exchange
Conditions on exchange time: within 5 days from receipt of goods.
• Product conditions: product with original tags, not dirty, damaged, scratched, or smelly. Full accessories or gifts (if any).

Process and method of exchanging goods for customers:
Step 1: Confirm exchange status
Within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product, if the product is eligible for exchange, the customer will take photos of the current status of the product: Clearly see the product code, our stamp, and any damaged areas of the product. , scratched,…
Then contact our Customer Care department directly via hotline to notify us of information and send pictures to us for confirmation.
After receiving the information, we will confirm the status of the goods and confirm to the customer whether or not they can be exchanged.
After confirmation that the goods are accepted for return, please keep the goods in their original state with the original tags, product codes and related documents:
+ Retail invoice, Delivery note.
+ Fill in all information in the Exchange Form.
Step 2: Customers send goods

Step 3: We confirm and send the goods to the customer
After receiving, checking and accepting the product you want to exchange, the customer service department will contact you to exchange and send the product back to you.
NOTE: If the goods returned to Us do not meet the exchange conditions stated above or are not eligible for resale, the customer will be responsible for paying the damage to Us or having it added to the amount. that you must pay for the exchanged product.
3. Order cancellation policy
We accept you to cancel your order under the following conditions:
– If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped, usually within 1 hour from the time the sales staff contacts you to confirm the order, we will refund 100% of the money to those who have already paid. after deducting transfer fees (if any).
– If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, we will NOT accept order cancellation.
