INGREDIENTS:

Each hard capsule contains:

• Calcium Citrate: 250 mg (equivalent to 60 mg Calcium)
• Ferrous Fumarate: 29 mg (equivalent to 9.5 mg Iron)
• Zinc Oxide: 15 mg (equivalent to 12 mg Zinc)
• Magnesium Citrate: 5 mg (equivalent to 0.6 mg Magnesium)
• (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate: 416 mcg (equivalent to 400 mcg DFE Folate)
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 20 mcg
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): 10 mcg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 4 mcg (equivalent to 3.3 mcg Vitamin B6)

Excipients: Capsule shell (Gelatin), Bulking agent (Rice Powder), Anti-caking agents (Magnesium Stearate (INS 470(iii)), Silicon Dioxide (INS 551)).

36 months from the date of manufacture. The manufacture date and expiry date are printed on the product packaging.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
